江西省机电设备招标公司受买方委托，对下列产品及服务进行国际公开竞争性招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。
1、 招标产品的名称、数量及主要技术参数：
数字化多功能X线诊断系统 壹台
最大输出功率≥65KW
最大阳极热容量≥750KHu
2、 招标文件售价：每套500元人民币或60美元（国内邮购须另加60元人民币，国外邮购须另加50美元）。
3、 购买招标文件时，投标人必须提交现金3000元的购买招标文件保证金，保证金在开标后如数退还。购买了招标文件因故不能参加投标的投标人，须在开标前5个工作日前以书面形式通知招标机构，否则，招标机构没收其保证金。
4、 购买招标文件时间：即日起，每天8:30~11:30，14:30~17:00（北京时间，节假日除外）。

6、 投标截止时间和开标时间：2004年4月23日9:30时（北京时间）。

Anode heat capacity: ≥750KHU
2.price of bidding document: a non-refundable payment of RMB 500 or USD 60 per set, an extra RMB 60 (domestic) or USD 50 (abroad) for express mail service.
3.On the time purchase the bidding documents, the bidders must be delivery RMB3000yuan for bid security. the bid security will be discharged upon the Bidder on the opening of bids. You tell me before 5-days at the opening of bids. In case of , the bid security may be forfeited.
4.Time of selling bidding document: between 8:30~11:30，14:30~17:00 (Beijing time, except holidays) from now on at the address below
